Payment Policies

Event registration fees are refundable up to 48 hours before the event.  After that time they are non-refundable as the expense for registration has already been incurred by BENS.  Membership payments are non-refundable. 

Credit Card payments are confirmed via e-mail, and a charitable giving receipt will be mailed for all contributions of $1,000 or greater.

Credit Card information is for BENS fees only and will never be shared with outside parties.
