THE government is focusing on three priority areas for the defense sector: the implementation of the Philippines’ Self-Reliant Defense Posture (SRDP) Program; the reorganization of the Defense department; and the creation of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Retirement Trust Fund.
