On May 1st, BENS members Rob PalmerDeborah Curtis, and Kevin Carroll joined a panel moderated by BENS Chairman Mark Gerencser. They discussed the importance of public-private partnerships in security, as part of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The IVLP brings together government officials from ally nations with federal, state, and local law enforcement, and private sector representatives to address transnational security threats.
