On Monday, March 11th, General Tim Ray,President & CEO of BENS, hosted the delegation from the BENS visit to AFRICOM, Benin & Cote d’Ivoire. The purpose was to provide a debrief of the trip and to discuss strategic objectives, itinerary priorities, and their assessment of the security landscape.

General Ray visited NYC this past week to meet with NY Metro members, sharing his vision for the organization and gaining insights into their skills, expertise, and areas of interest. “I need to understand some of the problems from the perspective of the real experts in BENS before attempting to ‘solve’ them,” Ray said. Discussions covered a wide range of topics, from aging critical infrastructure to biotechnology labor and financial opportunity zones, exploring their implications for national security.
