Last week, General Ray led a BENS delegation to the Army Letterkenny Depot (LEAD) in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. During the visit, they discussed leveraging public-private partnerships to optimize surplus manufacturing capacity, prepare the workforce for upcoming challenges, and pursue high-return modernization investments. Additionally, BENS shared strategies for engaging key stakeholders to unlock potential funding and expertise sources.
