BENS has taken a major step with the release of Arsenal of Democracy 2.0 – a blueprint for mobilizing America’s capital markets in support of national security. Now it’s time to build momentum.
Join us on October 14th for a special discussion with Arsenal 2.0 authors Al Puchala and BENS President & CEO, retired General Tim Ray, alongside fellow leaders. Together, they will frame the moment we face, unpack the ideas behind their foundational article, and issue a clear call to action for BENS members to help drive this campaign forward.
This hybrid event will be hosted in Washington D.C., with a reception to follow for those joining in person.
