Join a lunch conversation featuring former Chairman of Latvia’s Foreign Affairs Committee and Member of European Parliament (MEP), Rihards Kols, and President of the European Leadership Network (ELNET)-US, Ambassador David F. Siegel.

MEP Rihards Kols is a Latvian politician just elected this year as a Member of the European Parliament, working in the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Committee on International Trade, and the Committee on Industry, Research, and Energy. He has been a member of the 12th, 13th, and 14th Parliament (the Saeima), where he represented the “National Alliance” party. Most recently, he held the position of Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
Ambassador David Siegel is the President of ELNET-US based in New York. He is a former Israeli diplomat involved in foreign policy formulation at the highest levels. He previously served as Consul General of Israel in Los Angeles and as Chief of Staff to three Israeli ambassadors to the U.S. His tenure with ELNET began as CEO of ELNET-Israel, lasting four years, and becoming the president of ELNET-US in 2020.
