Join fellow members and invited guests for a lunch discussion with Ian Wallace, Chief Program Officer of Business Executives for National Security (BENS). Ian will provide an overview of BENS’s current portfolio, with a focus on its three major campaigns: Homeland Resilience and Response, Strengthening Supply Chains, and Mobilizing Private Capital. He will also share updates on key partnerships, domestic and international engagements, and other initiatives advancing this work. In addition, Ian will discuss how BENS shapes and executes its program strategy and outline opportunities for members to engage more directly, including expanded regional involvement.

Ian has served as Chief Program Officer since June 2025 and is a principal architect of BENS’s three-campaign framework. A member of the executive team, he oversees the organization’s full program portfolio and works closely with the Board and membership to advance BENS’s strategic vision. Prior to joining BENS, Ian held senior, TS-cleared roles in both the U.S. and British governments, including Deputy Chief Strategy Officer at CISA within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Senior Adviser in the State Department’s Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy, where he supported Ukraine’s cyber defense following Russia’s 2022 invasion. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior official in the British Ministry of Defence.

We hope you will join us for what promises to be an engaging and substantive conversation.
