The Defense Innovation Board (DIB) is engaged in a study on strategic investment capital and is requesting interviews with industry to inform its analysis. The DIB is seeking insights from companies in the defense industrial base, tech start-ups, investors, and companies that have successfully exited Small Business Innovation Research or Defense Innovation Unit programs.
