Edward You is the Founder of EHY Consulting LLC, a boutique advisory firm helping organizations navigate the intersection of biotechnology, artificial intelligence, data security, and national resilience. A former FBI Supervisory Special Agent, he spent over twenty years shaping national programs on biosecurity and emerging technologies—bridging science, policy, and intelligence to protect U.S. innovation.

At the FBI, White House, and Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Ed helped craft national security policies for biotechnology, AI, and the broader bioeconomy. He represented the United States at the United Nations Biological Weapons Convention and supported the Department of State and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency in international biosecurity engagement across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Throughout his career, he partnered with leading research universities and Fortune 500 companies to strengthen technology protection and research integrity—experience he now channels through EHY Consulting to help clients align innovation, ethics, and security.
