Ezra S. Field

Ezra S. Field is Managing Partner of Harborfield Management Co., a private investment firm, and Chairman of Reservoir Media, a public company. He is also a Director of Business Executives for National Security (BENS), and in connection with Harborfield’s investing activities, of various other private corporations.

From 2007 to 2021, Mr. Field served as a Senior Advisor, Managing Director, Senior Managing Director, Co-CIO and CIO of Roark Capital. He led many Roark Capital investments and shared overall responsibility for firm-wide investing and management activities. Prior to joining Roark, Mr. Field was a Managing Director at New York-based ACI Capital (n/k/a Ingleside Investors), a wealthy family private investment firm. Before joining ACI Capital in 2001, Mr. Field was an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ralph K. Winter, Chief Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, from 1998 until 1999.

Mr. Field is a former Trustee of the Asian University for Women Support Foundation, the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women Support Foundation and Global Kids. Mr. Field received a B.A. from Wesleyan University, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
