Haley Lamm

Haley Lamm is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in business transformation, change management, and stakeholder engagement. With extensive experience in the public and nonprofit sectors, she excels at driving operational excellence and uniting teams to bring bold ideas to life.

As the Chief of Staff at BENS, Haley oversees finance, information technology, and human resources while spearheading cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives. She previously served as the Chief Administrative Officer at the DEA, where she streamlined operations, enhanced executive communications, and advanced organizational goals for the $3 billion global agency. At AmeriCorps, she was a member of the executive management team, leading an organization-wide transformation that included a rebrand and a digital modernization effort. Earlier in her career, Haley worked at two technology startup organizations—GiveGab and Kimbia—where she managed large-scale client implementations and multimillion-dollar fundraising campaigns.

Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MPA from Grand Valley State University.
