Lily Booker

Lily Booker serves as the Special Programs Manager on the Support team at BENS. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she relocated to Washington, D.C. in the fall of 2024.

Lily earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University, where she focused on national security and the Middle East. After gaining experience in the nonprofit sector, she went on to earn her Master’s in Public Policy from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, concentrating in foreign policy with a minor in international law.

Prior to joining BENS, Lily worked at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia’s Technical Support Office. She is excited to bring her background in foreign policy and international affairs to BENS, where she looks forward to further exploring the intersection of business and national security.
