A member of the BENS team since 1996, Lisa Jackson held a variety of roles and responsibilities in our IT and Administration department, including being responsible for all technological, office management, and administrative needs of the organization. In 2022, Lisa transitioned to a new role as VP of Member Services, where she is excited to become deeply involved in the routine care of our dedicated BENS Members. Detail-oriented and focused on constituent relationship management, Lisa is also responsible for our accounts receivable process. Mom to what she lovingly refers to as a “brood of unruly hooligans,” her pastimes include writing, baking, and being a tireless advocate for children. A native of DC, Lisa comes from a large law-enforcement family and is a proud, dedicated servant of her community.
