Nick was the owner and CEO of All Risks, Ltd. Nick joined All Risks, Ltd. in 1987, became Vice President in 1991 and was promoted to CEO in 1999. During his tenure, Nick led the company from $ 1.7 MM in revenues to $ 250 MM revenues and nationwide operations. In September 2020, All Risks was sold to Ryan Specialty where Nick serves as a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee Member.
His past Board service includes: The Gilman and Bryn Mawr Schools, The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) Europe, and the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (now WSIA), serving as President from 2002-2003.
In addition to Ryan Specialty, Nick currently serves on the boards of Datacubed Health, Cintana Education, Vennpoint Real Estate, Accrete Ai (Board Observer), and the Achievement Centers of Delray.
Nick earned a B.A. in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University 1988, a diploma from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) Italy in 1987, and a Masters in International Public Policy from SAIS DC in 2008 . He is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
