Sofia Olgado

Sofia Olgado joins Business Executives for National Security (BENS) as the Partnerships Associate on the Programs team. Originally from Palo Alto, California, she relocated to Washington, D.C., in the summer of 2023. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, where she studied Public Policy and minored in Social Class and Inequality Studies. Prior to joining BENS, she worked with the City of Detroit as a Green Task Force Policy Fellow for the Ford School of Public Policy. Sofia has a particular interest in energy and climate policy.
