As USAA’s CEO from 2015 to 2020, he simplified USAA, invested in core infrastructure, compliance and regulatory programs, and employees to grow and set the foundation for USAA’s future. Under his leadership USAA retained its customer service legacy. The company’s leading Net Promoter score was 30 points higher than competitors, while customer interactions reached 1.5 billion annually.
