Vickie McGrath
Vice President of Development
Vickie serves as BENS’ Vice President of Development where she focuses on the strategic direction and management of membership recruitment, development and fundraising activities nationally.
Prior to assuming the VP for Development role, Vickie served as the Director for the New York Metropolitan region for BENS. In the position, she was responsible for building upon a strong network of existing members to recruit, retain, and grow the membership base in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, by involving members in BENS project work and regional programs, building business-government partnerships, and offering regular BENS discussions/events in the NY Metro Region.
Vickie came to BENS from The Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS) where she was Director of Member/Business Development bringing experience in membership recruitment/development, business development and relationship management. Prior to her role at HRPS, Vickie spent more than 14 years in consulting and corporate human resources at Citibank, Bankers Trust Company and GTE Corporation.
